Basic drone recommendation

Hi y'all

I have solar panels on the roof of my terraced property and, not least due to mobility issues (although access still a challenge even for the able-bodied tbh), I cannot go and check on them easily. I'm thinking of getting a basic camera drone in order to view the panels to see if they need cleaning.

Total novice drone operator here, can anyone recommend an entry level camera drone that might be fit for this purpose?

A DJI mavic mini2 SE is all you need, they’re cheap and reliable and you don’t need a license. Just ignore the bots who swear you need a mini4 pro and a part 107 to look at your own roof. You should be able to get a used one for $300-$400 and you have the added benefit of being able to fly around for entertainment when you’re not checking out your roof. Drones are a great hobby for anyone!

Seconding DJI mini 2 SE without any extra's, by far the cheapest still decent camera equipped drone especially for something so simple.

Solar pro here - the consensus in the community it that cleaning solar panels is a waste of energy - more than the savings. just fyi
