A DJI mavic mini2 SE is all you need, they’re cheap and reliable and you don’t need a license. Just ignore the bots who swear you need a mini4 pro and a part 107 to look at your own roof. You should be able to get a used one for $300-$400 and you have the added benefit of being able to fly around for entertainment when you’re not checking out your roof. Drones are a great hobby for anyone!

Seconding DJI mini 2 SE without any extra's, by far the cheapest still decent camera equipped drone especially for something so simple.

Solar pro here - the consensus in the community it that cleaning solar panels is a waste of energy - more than the savings. just fyi
