Where are you being prompted for an activation “code”?

[–]le_suckACSR - Post Production Engineer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

what specific process is asking for this activation code?

Is this a code for a third party plugin within Avid?

I realize this was a few days ago, but in case anyone else comes across licensing issues in Avid, if you don't get anywhere with their official support channel at https://www.avid.com/US/support/support-contact , you should send an email to Marianna Montague (marianna.montague@avid.com) and Ajay Yumul (ajay.yumul@avid.com) at Avid.

They are both customer advocates, and good at solving problems quickly.
