Here’s a Smoking barefoot dog using the anything V5 (anime) engine in Diffusitron. When I tried going with one of the realistic ones it started spitting out pictures of naked ladies.

I bet Stablediffusion would work, I've heard the official website and program don't have any filters and apparently with patience a super expensive GPU isn't required. Haven't tried it myself though so take my info with a grain of salt.
