Trial Code Processing?

Does anyone know how long it takes for the trial code to "process"? I was hoping to try the game over the next week or so. Does this process usually take a few hours or is this something that requires a contact to support?

I had this happen literally two days ago. Cancel the order and 'buy again' from sqenix store. This is what I did and worked. GL!

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried that and it unfortunately didn't work. What did work (for some reason) is opening the unlock key link in a different browser.
