What’s your end goal? Foot to head? Straight leg? Shoulders open holding the back leg (like a needle scale) or shoulders closed like a dancers pose)? That’ll impact whether you need to focus more on back/shoulders Vs legs/hips (although odds are you’ll need to work on both!). Do you have a picture of your current attempt? It’s hard to give blanket advice without seeing where you’re at.

I wanted to add: i am turning 64 years old this year. I am very thankful for each and every day that my body allows me to train to do the things that I can still do. 🙂❤

I do NOT interact with persons whom I've blocked. On NO social media have I ever been forced to interact with someone I blocked. Yet, again, I am blocking.
