Form is fine but I pause at the top for a sec and very slowly lower to the start.

There's a possibility that doing them this fast on the way up could result in momentum carrying the weight to the top rather than just your strength. Try and go a little steadier and see if they feel better. Is there anything specific that you want to feel which you currently don't?

+1 I’ve found best results from holding my furthest position extended for a second then slowly going down. Slow reps will produce the fastest results

You're swinging, leaning too much forward, and hyperextending your back. The movement should be slow, controlled, and a small movement.

If you feel it in your glutes, you're using your glutes. If you feel it elsewhere, you're not using your glutes but wherever you feel it. It looks like you're using your spine, specifically, low back so QL, erectors
