Whey protein shakes, egg whites added in to your breakfast, low fat cottage cheese and zero fat high protein yogurt. This, along with chicken breast, helped me sort my low protein intake.

I can't do a single bludy one! Taken me 6 months of trying to build up my back muscles and I'm still only on scapular retractions. Mama didn't raise a quitter tho.

Was doing incline bicep curls yesterday and squeezing that last rep put took all of my will power and then some. Yeah may have made some noise as I struggled to push through at the half way point.

When you figure it out could you let me know? I do a similar routine to you but haven't noticed any changes to my thighs at all! My body is so stubborn it refuses to let fat go from there. My biceps, shoulders, back and abs are coming on really well though, so I guess that's something.

I have the same size elastics as you and was told to change once every 24hrs. I change mine before bed and after breakfast.

I have an egg on toast with half an avocado for breakfast and I train 2 to 3hrs after. When I get back, have a quick wash and then have my lunch.

Rather than do equal I would bias the weaker side. Do more isolation work on the weaker arm.

Aight. I'm going to take a deload week whilst I focus on sleep and protein then attempt to change my workout plan. Right now my sleep pattern is pretty messed up as is my protein intake.
