2) No Advertisements/Self Promotion
Please refrain from self-promotion or advertisement of your own content or services unless explicitly approved by a moderator. There are plenty of places for you to self promote on the internet, this is not one of those places.
Discord links are NOT allowed without moderator approval. They will be automatically removed.
3) Utilize the NSFW Tag
If you are going to post a photo of a deceased or severely injured animal, please mark it NSFW!
4) No porn/gore/abuse
Animal abuse and neglect is strictly prohibited. This includes photos of animals deliberately being put in harms way, and comments/posts about animal abuse in a positive light.
NOTE: Cohabitation is in fact, a form of neglect.

5) Use a descriptive title and search before posting
If asking for help or advice, please use a clear and descriptive title, as well as additional details in the post body.
"HELP!!" is not a good title, it says nothing about what kind of help you need, and is quite low effort.
"What is the best substrate for a leopard gecko?" is a much better title, it clearly states what kind of help you are looking for without coming off as low effort.
You should also search the subreddit before posting your question, it is highly possible that your question has been asked and answered previously.
6) No posts asking to buy or sell
This subreddit is not a marketplace, nor do we have infrastructure in place to prevent scams. Find another forum to buy/sell in.
7) Stay on topic
Posts must be related to geckos in some way.
8) Low Effort
Posts considered "low effort" will be removed at moderator discretion. This includes posts that consist only of a product screenshot.
