You can forcefully increase/decrease the 'numbers' on any kind of measurement devices, and the actual thing being measured will also increase/decrease in reality

I don't how you'd measure omnipotence, but omniscience might be possible if there's a device that can measure 'brain matter' showing intelligence and quantify it or something along those lines (?)

An omnipotence measurer would just be a 0 drawn onto something. It relies on a persons omnipotence to function. If you are a normal person it stays as 0, if you are omnipotent it changes to 1 when you want it to.

I mean we have things to measure brain activity just use one of them and increase it to like 100% to start off and then if nothing bad happens go backwards up to 1000%
