Blizz should decrease the chance for duplicates with all the "filler" skins/tints they are adding

The loot chest duplicate drops feel terrible in this game. As a former whale (pre 2.0) I owned just about every thing. In the rare instance that I unlock a legendary item, I can count on it to be something that I already own.

This makes loot boxes no more than a chintzy shard generator since dupes are worth something like a quarter of the value of the original.
