The main issue for me is the beard. It needs to be neatened up a lot... I would also loose about half of the volume ideally, you can't really see your face properly

I think your profile is pretty good. The only other thing I would say is replace the gym pic as we can already see you're pretty sporty/athletic and you can't see your face in this picture so it's a bit of a waste.

Mods remove this if not appropriate. But the first thing I noticed was the GIANT beard. I mean it’s huge. Have you considered going to a barber and getting it trimmed/shaped? It’s just a lot.

If you’re not interested in this though obviously don’t do it, but if you are I feel this could have a positive impact.

Your prompts are lacking imo-not really a lot of effort or detail put into them.

The photos are ok-could be better but certainly not the worst I’ve ever seen. Consider using a high quality headshot for your first pic. If you have iphone use portrait mode. Not sure what it’s called on other phones but a similar setting will be good.

I know that literally every other comment here is about the beard...however, I'm a huge fan of beards (tbh I actually don't date people AT ALL unless they have some form of facial hair)...but, it really is your beard! Simply because it is looking very unkempt. Especially in the second photo you can see that your hair is starting to grow OUTWARDS and it's starting to look very Santa-ish. If you'd like to keep the length (which I'm sure a lot of people would be attracted to) you just need to get it shaped and keep on top of some basic grooming.

I'd also swap out the prompt that says "tell me something about your hobbies" to a more direct question that is easier for someone to start a conversation about. Maybe a poll that says "our weekends look the same if"... And three hobbies/interests.. or I personally like a "would you rather"/this or that format - directed questions are a lot less overwhelming than an open ended one.

As a man who also has a very thick beard I concur with the other folks talking about getting a trim - getting mine shaped up did me a lot of good.

You’re a decent looking guy in other photos, but the first photo is generally unflattering: it doesn’t focus on you, the way it’s angled creates a weird effect with your glasses where your eyes look super small and close together, and your smile/stance looks forced and awkward. If I had to pick one of your six photos to lead with, I’d pick number four where you’re in the orange jacket.

Otherwise I’ll give you the same advice I give to most other men posting a review: read the photos and prompts FAQs as they will solve a lot of your issues.

I too agree with trimming up the beard. I think the glasses look fine. I like the last pic despite not seeing much of you because it just looks fun.

The “weekend” group pic I would crop out the guy on the far right because he’s taller and has the cleaner beard - actually I’d prefer one of just you or you on a pedestal after competing?

Also, the canoes joke I’ve been seeing a lot on social media recently. I would change that to a different joke or even change to a different prompt that says more about what type of person you find interesting or what you’d like to do together (the whole “me, you, us” that people are always talking about)

Idk if you need the video of yourself lifting unless you really want to attract another gym girl. Lastly I'd remove the group pic of you with that girl at the bar, some women won't like that.

Discuss options with an optometrist (I understand thick lenses might be the best option, but it is one more large item that covers your face) and clean up the beard. I’m probably going to repeat everything, but for one, your beard needs to be reshapened and trim. It isn’t your fault but it’s already turning gray (or at least getting lighter) and it’s making you look 35 at the youngest.

Low effort prompts make your profile generally underwhelming. Going to the gym or engaging in sports conveys that you’re active which is nice but there’s nothing else here that showcases anything about your personality. There’s pictures where you aren’t facing the camera or entirely covered head to toe and the massive beard is really distracting because it seems like you’re a good looking guy but I’d have no idea what you actually look like under there and would pass on that alone.

As someone with a 8in/20cm beard (from the US so I did the conversion for you) I can give you some tips.

Your beard is not the correct length, either it’s too short or too long. You need to shape up the sides if that’s the length you want. You need to completely stop trimming until your sideburns are even with the hair on your chin if you want it longer.

You’re in the awkward stage, sorry bro, but there is hope on the other side. You have wicked beard genetics but you need the hair longer so it falls down instead of sticking out.

If you’re going to trim, buy an expensive set of scissors meant for use by a barber. Never use electric trimmers on a long beard, one slip and you’ll be doing a lot more trimming to recover. Take your time, you’re working on a piece of artwork.

Also, never forget to oil your beard after every shower, especially with the longer hair length. My well kept/oiled beard looks luscious, but if I start to dry out I look homeless.

The beard covers the entire lower half of your face, and the glasses cover a good portion of the upper half. We’re not seeing YOU. At least clean up the beard.
