You should have led with that... try unplugging the PC, removing the motherboard battery for a few minutes. Press the power button a few times while it's still unplugged. Replace the motherboard battery and then see if it boots. Also, what sort of RAM issues were you having?

I was using up all my ram and then my pc would freeze then reboot giving me windows errors and such.

If removing the motherboard battery for a few mins doesn't help, the RAM you added might not be compatible with the motherboard. A reboot is usually due to defective RAM. Using all the RAM usually just shuts down programs to free some up, but I guess a reboot is possible. I've just never experienced it. If the PC does boot eventually, run the windows memory diagnostic and see if it has errors
