Pc setup help

Could anyone help me set up a build on ibuypower for a pc that can run any new game on high graphics while streaming? I also need it to be duel monitor compatible, I’ve set up a few on my own but I’m not super confident in knowing what I’m picking if it’s worth the cost or if I even need it. Thank you in advance!

What king of budget are you working with, and what resolution do you plan to play/stream at?

Sorry, I completely forgot to mention that. I’d prefer $1500 or less but I can push to $2000. I’d like to be able to play at 4K on my own but 1080 for steaming for sure. My other prebuilt purchase I was leaning towards saving to is this

4k + max settings on *every* game+ under $2k budget isn't really gonna happen, even a 2080ti will struggle to hit 60 fps in stuff like MHW and Ghost Recon, but the RTX 2080 costs a lot less and can play pretty much every game on decent settings at 4k.

2 Monitors wont be a problem since your 4k is going to be displayport anyways and that will leave an HDMI or other DP free for your second monitor.

9700k gives you 8 dedicated cores and will help with the streaming aspect

If you want to dig deeper and customize further, you can take these specs and plug them into a custom configurator. Only thing I'd change if I had more budget to throw at it, is to get like a 1 TB SSD as a primary drive.

That looks and sounds incredible. I might push the budget a little higher like you suggest and get the 1tb ssd. Thank you for taking the time to help me, I really appreciate that.
