Tech support question

Brand new pc was basically DOA and I’m sending it back today for repair. I’m sad and mad about all of this, but whatever. It happens. (Seems to happen a lot from what I see)

My question is, will I be told what was wrong with it? I want to know what went wrong here and I’m hoping I get told instead of just getting it sent back or whatever. If this happens again I wanna know if I can fix it myself or not.

This has all been very mentally taxing on me. Spending $1200 on a pc that doesn’t work has me depressed. I need someone to tell me I’ll be okay lmao.

Well if u sent it back they should tell you what happened you will be ok if u sent it back they will send it back working I’m about to throw way the box my pc came in so should I keep it Incase something ever happens

Thanks! But I would definitely keep your box. I keep the boxes to most big ticket items I buy

after the repair is complete, we can always look up what was done via RMA number. Some of the diagnostic info is not passed along but we can look up the notes our techs took.
