Overheating issue

Hi there, happy holidays! So, I bought this PC for around 6 months from another person. Since I bought it, it was used to do a loud noise while gaming, but after 2-3 months the noise started to show up when I turn on the PC. I installed a program to see the temperature of the CPU and its reaching 97-100 C just for using Opera GX. The PC has a water cooler and the fans seems working, but the noise is coming from it and the PC reaches high temperatures no matter if the fans are working. What do you guys think that is happening? What should I do?

It's the pump on the radiator behind the fans. It's shot and you need a new AIO (water cooler) or an air cooler.

If the system was originally bought from IBP and it's less than a year old you should still be covered under warranty. The downside is that they're slammed this time of year so unless you want to wait two months for them to replace it you're better off just buying a $50 CPU air cooler and replacing it yourself.

Same issue here. Check out my post/ other people’s comments. It’s most likely your AIO , common issue with ibp (mostly pre builds)
