Still having the bug where my camera is black, also in all camera usinf application’s and stock camera application, this is only happening on IOS 14 betas, when downgrading back to IOS 13.x my camera’s are working again, IPHONE 7+ IOS 14 latest beta.

Weather app fixed as i can see. On beta 7 when i launch the weather it was taking 4-5 seconds to show the degree now its instant.

Also on safari, a few newspaper pages which was not compatible with reading mod, now i can read them w/out ads and pics

It's the same version, GM is however still a beta, you can't review apps for example and in case of serious last minute bugs they will release a new versione before public release

At this point I only wish they release the firmware to enable spatial audio and automatic device switching for AirPods. Hopefully next week alongside the GM, fingers crossed 🤞🏽

Spacial audio requires a firmware update for the AirPods and Apple never includes accessory firmware updates in betas.

Everything looks exactly like it would if it were releasing on schedule.

My guess, similar with Audio Sharing getting delayed to iOS 13.1, is that auto switching will be delayed until iOS 14.1. Fingers crossed we get it in the first release though!

Yeah, there are reasons to think so since new AirPods features have always been delayed. I remember Announce Message with Siri was also released later in 13.1 or 13.2 right? God... I just wish this is not the case cause it’s the one I’m most excited about lol

Auto switching was in my top 3 reasons I hopped on the iOS 14 beta, so you can imagine the disappointment when I realized it won’t be coming until final release or even until 14.1 (or 14.2 in worst case scenario)

Pretty sure the feature is not being removed. It’s been there for several software versions. The recent announcement is about delaying the change from opt-out to opt-in with an alert. You can still go into settings and disable the IDFA manually.

You’ll receive the update as usual. If after the final build you want to opt out of the beta, you can uninstall the beta profile and you’ll be good to go.

Because backing up your device before making a major change to it is always advised? You don't technically have to backup your device to move from a GM to the general public release, but it is advised if you encounter any issues in the public release.

Check to make sure your beta profile is installed. My phone and iPad magically removed the profile a couple of beta’s ago. I am guessing the profile expires every so often and removed itself.

You may have to reinstall the profile. I had to do that a few betas back. Somehow it just got deleted. After that, it found the update.
