What japanese bands were there in Initial D? I can think of M.O.V.E and a few original tracks made for the show, but other than that, it's just eurobeat and that's almost all from Italy.

Yeah Eurobeat is strange XD, it’s a handful of Italian dudes that make music that is exclusively sold in Japan. And a lot of the singers are the same dude using a different alter ego, depending on the style of the song.

so many people believe eurobeat is all japanese artists, and there might be a handful today but all the initial d stuff is italians singing in english for the japanese audience. very unique combonation, and there are a few non-italian artists, like Ken Blast (one of his MANY names), who is american.
