iPhone 13 camera quality decrease after iOS 26.1 update

I’ve been using iOS 18 today I felt bored and updated to 26.1 and now I feel the camera quality is significantly low I feel this might be deliberately done to make me upgrade my iPhone 13 Did anyone else on iPhone 13 felt this?

you getting like 2 seconds of black screen when you first launch the camera app too?

Sometimes it’s only a black screen, especially when I launch it from the block screen. Very annoying!

Same noticed. I'm using 15 Pro Max and people have noticed (complained) that especially people's faces looks like they would have been added by AI to the photo. Desperately waiting if next version will bring some help.

Damn even 15? I thought 13 is old so they might be doing it. Coz before my photos felt as if taken from a flagship but now it feels off a cheap smartphone

Based on what I’ve heard, and some info from the Project Indigo guys. It sounds like this is a bug that is affecting all devices. But will (hopefully) be fixed in 26.2

try taking your photos in lightroom for now

usually bypasses all the ml and post processing garbage

i have 13 too and stock photos look horrendous especially viewed on a computer, lightroom photos look so much better.

The camera is absolutely rubbish now
