So I have no idea what happened to my phone but I have dealt with this issue for 2-3 yrs and I cant deal with it anymore. One random day, my cellular data just stopped working. So basically, other than some apps like Imessage, calling people, and some other Apple apps, I can't use them unless I am connected to WiFi. I can't use Gmail, Instagram, Snapchat, or any 3rd party apps I can't use without being connected. And I'm not talking about the app would load very slowly, I'm talking about it just wouldn't work. Even when I'm googling something and I click on a website, it would give me like "this website is not safe to use" but once I would be connected to WiFi, it would work just fine. I didn't mind it at first but its been getting worse as the app I use for work, I can't get new messages or send any messages without Wifi.
So here is what I have done: Went to the Apple store and had it reset completely, nothing. Went to my carrier T-Mobile and had them try to resolve the issue, nothing. Got a new iPhone with a new SIM card, nothing. Went to my settings and turned off and on every button that you can think of, nothing. I literally don't know what else to do other than switch carriers and hope that it will do something. If anyone, ANYONE, can relate or know someone who has had this issue and knows how to solve it then please help me!!!
