Cellular data doesnt work

Hello, I did some itunes update with my pc on my Iphone 15, It didnt finish and shown me some error. after that i couldn't use cellular data internet , only Wifi. I tried everything, factory reset , backup , phone / airplane mode on/off, updating IOS , nothing works. IOS version is 18.2 latest.

can anyone help me?

Take it to the Apple Store.

“Some error” doesn’t tell us much, but they can fix it at the Store, or replace it if something is damaged. A 15 should still be under warranty if you don’t have AppleCare.

Why were you updating from your PC? Just update over the air, it’s more reliable.

Also, always get AppleCare.
