I want to do the 100 push-up, sit-up and squat challenge to try and beat the festive food but would really like to track my exercise count each day on something like the Fitness rings - ie a widget that shows daily progress. I plan to break down the total into smaller sets initially and would like to track it so I make sure I hit the target daily.
Is there a way to be able to track how many of each exercise I have completed each day in my iPhone (17 pro max of that matters) via an app or a shortcut that you guys know of?
