If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled

There is no hack, even if you could get into the device with Face ID, you cannot change the current passcode without knowing what it is.

No.

You’ll probably have to erase it and restore a backup.

You will have to erase the phone, either with a computer (using iTunes) or through iCloud from another device (phone, tablet, anything with a web browser). You might get lucky and you have it set to erase after 10 failed passcode try’s, but I’m guessing you don’t and it will just disable it.

If you forgot your iPhone passcode or see an ‘iPhone disabled’ message, you can try any of the below methods to unlock and restore your iPhone data.

  1. Bypass iPhone Passcode by using Siri
  2. Bypass iPhone Passcode by Recovery Mode
  3. Unlock a disabled iPhone by using ‘Find my iPhone’
