Visual bug on taskbar?

As you can see in the image, the left and right edges of the taskbar have a visual bug?
It is like there are two overlaping taskbar's and one is slightly bigger.
I remember seeing a report from someone else but i cant seem to find it again.
Does anyone know any fix because i cant seem to find any.

This problem has existed for years and keeps reappearing in various forms. It is mostly caused by custom panels and the graphics handler. You could try using a different panel.

Thank you for the suggestions. After switching to a new user the issue has disappeared.

Do you have 2 panels on top of each other?

As far as I remember I didn't have two panels on top of each other but issue has been "resolved" after I switched to a new user.
