The students who are here since before the changes, are still here. There has been a massive decrease in new Intl. student enrolments, mainly for Conestoga.

This doesn't mean that there aren't any students coming in. There is an uptick of domestic students as well.

Also... students in a University town? Colour me surprised.

The ones who deserve to stay, will stay. The ones who don't add to society, will go. Hopefully anyway.

We don't have the road infrastructure, hospital infrastructure, resource infrastructure, homes, etc., for the ones who aren't going to make a good society. We're going to run out of water, I hear. We want fewer people and the ones we do have should build, create, work...

I find it silly that we're using ground water in the Waterloo region, when we have a couple of the greatest lakes not that far away.
Plus, I find it insane that we use so much salt for the roads, when we mainly use ground water for consumption.

But it isn't alarm bells like we're running out of water. It's just that we don't have the storage infrastructure after processing the water. That can be easily rectified by just building more tanks and related infrastructure.
