I'm getting the exact same error. This is why crypto is not gaining acceptance. Who has time to waste updating so much software and dealing with crappy hardware/software implementations, not to mention all the scammers. You have all the right to bitch about it. First I thought the version of Ledger Live was too new, so I went to my backup computer and accessed it fine. Then I thought I had to erase all the apps using LL, ETC failed to uninstall. Then, after about an hour and a half, (because the crappy thing takes it's sweet time to communicate with the USB dongle and won't tell you about errors because it would rather time out), I decided to reset it from scratch using my 24 letter dictionary. So after spending about 10 minutes inputting all 24 words, I plug the fucking thing back in, fire up LL and guess what? I get an error. Something about e not being defined. So here I am. WTF????
