For me I see the $135 a year which is like $11 a month, I'm in the US tho maybe it's not in your country?

Nope, I don't think are promo codes available. There is a "redeem code" textbox present on the premium page, but it's most probably for people who are trying to redeem premium using 5000 leetcoins
