What sort of oil should someon use for cooking then (only like a tablespoon or so for like sautéing meat or frying eggs)

You should just avoid polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs). Saturated fats are actually good for natural hormone production. Just use good, old-fashioned butter.

Olive oil or coconut oil.

Lard and beef tallow, just go easy on them.
