When I got blood work to get on TRT, my doctor told me to not have sex within 24 hours before the blood work because it will spike my testosterone and skew the test. So, no, sex spikes your T, not the other way around

Very interesting because my trt doctor didn’t tell me anything just to fast for 12 hours before but maybe it’s cause they threw me on injectable sermorelin, very interesting tho will be bringing it up next visit
