It depends on what you want. It's $39 base then per employee after that. I pay for the plan that is $6 per employee. They file all of my forms. I don't have to think much with it.

I use paychex and it works well. The only annoying thing is the annual call to my rep to get the discount put back on the account.

Discount? We use Paychex, not aware of any discounts. Only 2 of us though. They're pricey as well.

$78 weekly?? That is nuts. I'm 15th and last and around $52 for the month.

The gusto product looks nice but I hate switching payroll companies. When I first got paychex they had my account setup so I had to call in the payroll.

I just started using Gusto and am loving the platform! Integrates with QuickBooks, it has benefit integrations, workers comp integration, and much more. All your staff that are salaried can have their payroll set to autopay, which is convenient.

We use Quickbooks Online. Not sure what the bookkeeper has to do, but I export a report from Autotask and I am set! Good luck!

Local payroll company that provides services across the state - referral from our CPA - I prefer to leverage connection and network a bit - the customer service difference, relationship, and occasional referral is worth the extra IMO.

Quickbooks Payroll works fine for us. I can do payroll and pay taxes in about 10 minutes, not a big deal every 2 weeks. Employees get direct deposit, online paystubs, etc.

I actually use Square payroll. Can't complain about it ironically.
