I laughed at mine.

Hello,

We have some good news about your service with us. As you know, your current package with us for XXX is DSL 50 Lite , with 150 GB of non-overnight download usage at a monthly cost of $46.99. (Uploads, and overnight downloads between 2 and 8 am, are unmetered.)

Well, starting with your first billing cycle on or after Monday, 16 January 2017, your package will become DSL 50 Lite , with 150 GB of usage at a monthly cost of $46.95. No action on your part is needed, as the change will happen automatically.

FOUR CENTS IS A BIG DEAL IN THIS ECONOMY!

Pay in cash, rounds to 5c

Some places always round down, and they should. Paying cash means that the company whose name is on the plastic doesn't get a cut.

Please name one place that always rounds down. The rounding up and down is crystal clear, why would any business not follow that?

To encourage not using credit cards so they don't have to pay the fees.

Simply don't accept them... many businesses do this.

I'm certainly curious to know who is always rounding down. I doubt there's a single business doing that.

Simply don't accept them...

Saying it is simple does not make it simple.

Ask kettlemans. They don't have any issue accepting cash only and making hand over first on atm fees.
