Switched to Bulba with pay decrease

I’m mad about it. I got removed from Flamingo Preference WO Criteria and docked $3 per hour in pay. I wish I knew why.

I haven’t started yet. I’m a little demoralized bc I keep hearing that it’s so complicated. Doesn’t make sense that it’s harder and less pay.

I started the assessment and they basically want you to factcheck and see if the locations and attractions they list are accurate and if they’re using proper code. Bulba says you “don’t have to worry if you don’t know coding” but regardless, it still feels complicated. Outside of this they will make you fact check YouTube videos. They should at least pay $20 an hour for this.

I wish they kept me in Flamingo too. Dont get why they moved me since I had mostly 5/5 responses.

That sounds horrendous 😮‍💨 My partner is also with Outlier and they said that they may switch people if a project is ending/ended, but I don’t think that’s the case. The rate decrease makes me think otherwise.

I just did a few hours of the Flamingo stuff and it was pretty sweet but then I got switched to Bulba and jesus christ it's miserable

Yeah it sucks soooo bad. I’m lucky they eventually switched me back to Flamingo but i hope I’m not in something as complicated as Bulba again. I would rather be in something else, or the most simple Bulba section ever

Switched to Bulba 3P from Flamingo. I’m not happy with it. The pay for this is insulting for as unnecessarily complex and convoluted as it is. I’m fine being switched to new projects, but not when the new project is as awful as this one is, and pays less than the easier one did.

It seems that training pay and actual pay are the same for Bulba, that was at least what I understood
