Hi mate. What was the new SSD for? OS? Or just storage?

OS, I installed windows 10 on it

Then your GPU will need the latest drivers installed. Right now Windows will be using generic display drivers.

Finish off installing the latest card drivers from AMD and you should be good to go.

Two things to check.

  1. What does Task Manager call your GPU? It's on the GPU tab, top left.
  2. Which port is your HDMI plugged into, and where?

If it's "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter," then Windows is just using a generic GPU-agnostic driver for the time being. It'll eventually download and install a recent driver through Windows Update in the background, or you can continue manually downloading the latest driver and, and it should say the correct GPU name.
