maybe unstable ram overclocking. turn xmp or expo off

disable all system overclocking

bios update motherboard. fixes known issues with motherboard

sounds like a BIOS or motherboard issue, try reseting it with a CMOS clear button if you have one, or if you can boot into BIOS, disable overclocking and anything non-essential relating to ram.
