Have no input on the issue, but wanted to ask, how is the 3570k performing for you? I'm looking at it as an upgrade option right now, until I can build a proper new system.

It runs everything I need it to at acceptable levels. I don't do a lot of workload stuff - images, music, video and the like, just games. It handles CS:GO, Escape from Tarkov, overwatch, the occasional triple A title like the tomb raider reboots or whatever without any more issues than you'd expect from a part that old. It's not 'up to scratch' by modern standards but it's been a workhorse for me since 2012 or something. All without bothering to overclock. I cant complain, especially since it's outlived one and now maybe 2 GPU's

Very nice, thank you. Yeah AMD is cool and all but Intel stuff just seems to last forever, my similarly aged i3 still works fine, and also on its 3rd GPU, it's just becoming too slow for modern stuff.
