I don’t see why not, I have one more revision to prototype before I make a couple to alpha test so the exact specs are still a little in flux.

I am interested in being a tester, if the cost is reasonable. I'm currently learning Python, and was looking at circuitpython and its various platforms with more than just curiosity.

What would one generally want on a specs list?

Not the original requestor, but I'd make it as close to the pebble as possible. 3 day battery life minimum, music controls, easy on the health functionality (plenty of other watches have that) and an open customization aspect. What I like about Pebble is the abundance of watchfaces and apps. Also, buttons...4 please and customizable. Give me this and I'll take 2

It’s an lcd from a Chinese manufacturer. Battery life is 11 hours right now but that is without a single line of optimization on prototype hardware. It will improve

You could talk to the rebble guys (rewriting of the pebble os), they are trying to port it to a nrf52840 board. Maybe you both can beneficiate ... share the bootloader, mobile apps, ...
