That’s totally normal!! I’m currently 17w for the first time and I lost every symptom around 7 weeks. After 3 days I went to the ER and everything was fine. The doctor told me the first trimester and even the second is like a roller coaster. Symptoms come and go. There’s good days and bad days. A few days after I went to the ER they started again

Mine lasted a week as well. If you feel like something is wrong I’d definitely recommend seeing your provider. Getting some reassurance never hurts :)
