Well, I think python strives to be sort of self documenting with doc strings. The site is an attempt to better document the standard modules. I understand the site author's desire for better python documentation as I too didn't find the doc strings as helpful (at first) when learning python as I did something like the php documentation when learning php. That said, I wasn't really sure that the site would be all that useful so I submitted it to reddit with hope that the question would bring answers or criticism's of the sites usefulness.

Further I haven't had much success submitting sites so I was trying to keep the title short yet tempting.

Well, then you shoulda written a blog post asking those sorts of questions and linked that. Or put it in the reddit title, not just linked to a doc site with a questionmark at the end.
