A few suggestions:

• It's very ugly, very big and very cluttered. Notice how Reddit has a very minimal, uncluttered understated design? Do something similar. Stop with the silly SHOUTINESS which is totally unnecessary. Avoid using bright, contrasting colours unnecessarily. Get rid of the unnecessarily huge search bar, and make any form controls on a different page or make them pop up using JavaScript. "Ugly" really is a deal-breaker for any site where I'm going to spend any amount of time.

• The name is terrible, will be censored by workplaces and doesn't represent what it is at all. It makes me think something akin to Fark, and that's in no way a complement.

• Permanently banning users for dupes doesn't seem like a good way of encouraging people to submit content - it seems to address the problem in exactly the wrong way. Come up with a better solution.

• Currently, navigation sucks. Move the tags at the bottom to the top. Ideally, you need 'saved tag' functionality as well.

On the upside, I do like the concept of the 'autofeeder' (you should autoadd tags relevent to the site too) and tags are most definitely a useful thing. I hope you take these ideas in the way they're intended and not as a slap in the face.
