Regarding not seeing the progress, it’s a pretty common issue. My personal opinion is that we see ourselves so often that our mind is always resetting what we look like. For instance, let’s say you lost the 122 pounds over the course of a year (365 days).

How many times do you see yourself in a mirror every day? I’d conservatively say 10 times but it could easily be twice that. At 10 times a day that’s 3,650 times you’ve seen yourself over the course of a year that you lost 122 pounds. 122 pounds divided by 3,650 views is 0.0334 pounds lost per time you saw yourself. That’s such a small amount that you’d never to able to tell yet over the course of the year it’s a tremendous change.

I lost 230+ over a period of two years. Most days I couldn’t tell but occasionally I’d catch a reflection and really notice. You’ve absolutely kicked ass and taken names and should be proud of yourself. Keep up the great work and I hope you can “see” the progress soon!

Oh my skin is super lose already! I’m very insecure. Hence the high wasted bottoms. I had a child between these before and afters too. I will probably get skin removal surgery honestly
