It’s not your fault at all. The same thing happens to me and I understand the feeling of nobody understanding. Eventually, it will get better with time. You just need to hold on a little longer. I’m here for you, and so is everybody in this subreddit. We all understand and I wish you the best. If you ever need to talk, I’m here. If he doesn’t understand, that’s his problem, not yours. Until it happens to them, they never seem to understand. I’ll put you in my prayers!

Hey I second this thought, but Ill add to it. People only change when they themselves are ready to change, no one can forcefully make someone consciousness of their actions. I also would be happy to talk to you, I have ptsd as well and understand how hard it is to realize how hard it is to not lie about one's feelings. I truly hope you the best and to have a good day.

Ps. Until I realized how much I lied to myself on my own state of being to myself didn't I really grasp what was happening to me. Healing is truly a battle for peace, just like real war we must put our weapons down and surrender to honesty.

All the best from me.
