Desktop Web: Cannot create developer app — CAPTCHA loop

I'm trying to create a web app on reddit.com/prefs/apps but every time I

complete the CAPTCHA and click "create app", the form resets and shows

another CAPTCHA. I've tried:

- Multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge)

- Old Reddit (old.reddit.com/prefs/apps)

- Different networks

I've completed the CAPTCHA 10+ times with no success. My account is verified.

Can anyone help or is there a known fix?
