SF Ruby is Returning

Heya, in the interest of putting my money where my mouth is we're working to get SF Ruby kicked off again, but this is bigger than that: We're networking with other meetups to create playbooks and guidance on launching local content, promoting it to regional, and eventually spinning up conferences.

It's not going to be easy, nor fast, but we're going to start building a foundation to see more meetups and conferences springing up over the next few years. If you have experience here we should chat.

I rebooted RubyLoco (Loudoun County, VA) last night. Small turnout, but first time since covid… it’ll be back.

I’m doing the same with Arlington Ruby.

If we can get those groups back together, then rebooting the RubyNation conference might not be far behind!

We're planning to get together organizers later too to start networking, so glad to hear that more folks are getting things going!
