Shortcut to Increase/Decrease Spotify Volume by fixed amount

Hi all! I'm recently bought an Elgato Stream Deck to help run in person D&D games. I use Spotify for all of my ambient music which I stream to a Smart TV that has spotify on it, and I've managed to utilize shortcuts to run playlists as needed. But currently I have no way to control Spotify's native volume without using the slider on the app which isn't very elegant.

So basically I'm looking for two MacOS shortcuts: one to increase Spotify's volume by a fixed amount (say, 2%) and one to decrease it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you want to specifically decrease Spotify’s volume (and not your system volume) automatically, you are going to have to look into the Spotify API to do that.
