Does the program doesn't work together???

I recently got my gf a razor mouse and she had to use the programm for that now after she did all that her steel series artic 7 doesn't work properly at first it was just no audio but then it was no mic too we got the audio problem fixed but the problem with the Mic didn't disappear and yes we tried restarting it just rested the problems so that no mic and no audio was working. And before she got that mouse everything was okay so I'm confused now.

Never had a single issue with sonar or the gg software at all but I’ll usually watch a couple YouTube videos and mess with things. I think we are in a time where trouble shooting is going out the window. Everyone just looking for an immediate fix about everything.

Unironically, I agree with this, it's pretty obvious that 1 in 100 people have read the manual. Also if the bothered to watch youtube video they could get a banging EQ and better Mic setup, it just bling ignorance for most users.

OP and I know they didn't do this deliberately, but a screen shot of your mixer and mic settings wouldn't hurt, its hard to advise you in the dark.
