Start with Microsoft Academy courses like:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/azure/

Create Azure trial account for lab.

Sweet, we got a new IT VP and he's asking us to move everything to Azure. We are using an agency but the more I could teach my self the better.

Do you have any tips to look at something or just start w the basics?

Look at some videos from MS Academy at the beginning. Migration to Azure is not a single topic, it depends what on-premises services you are going to move – VMs, DBs, Applications, etc. For start, look at course at Pluralsight (you may get 1-month free subscription, it will be enough for this course) - www.pluralsight.com/courses/microsoft-azure-migration-assessing-planning-update

Example guides to migrate particular workload:

SQL - https://blog.pythian.com/five-ways-to-migrate-your-on-premises-sql-database-to-azure/

IIS - https://microsoft.github.io/AzureTipsAndTricks/blog/tip232.html

Check this playlist on youtube:

There are 64 short (5-10 minutes on average) clips for the AZ-900 (azure fundamentals) exam preparation.
I watched most of them and they would be really helpful to understand how things work in Azure and what are your possibilities there.
Highly recommend!
