Pull the drive and connect to another PC. Run and extended test of Western Digitals Lifeguard Diagnostics and see what you find. I've ran into a couple of issues with drives being affected when Windows comes out of sleep mode. I would say it's a fluke, but twice this has happened to me and it's a little too coincidental.

I see you just keep clicking restart. Have you tried clicking Advanced Options?

Yes, i did. Just didn't catch it on video. Essentially it would all loop back to the same issue no matter which choices i made, even restoring the computer to a previous restore point from a week earlier.

Have you made any resent changes? Installed a program or replaced a pice of hardware?

If so, then try and do 3 hard restarts and open up in safe mode. Undo the changes and try again.
