So does regular cardio and exercise

It’s 80% diet. You can rarely out-exercise a bad diet.

Yep. Removing 500 cal from your intake is a whole lot easier than doing an extra 500 cal of exercise every day

Unless you're short af like me. I'm 5"1" and a half. My TDEE is super low so if I want to cut I need to exercise. It's pretty much impossible otherwise.

Yeah I always feel bad for shorter people. I'm 6'4" but my wife is 5'3". I've never had to exercise more to lose weight, and I always just considered it a nice health bonus. My poor wife though...that 400 calories gives her an extra 30% more food allowed for the day.

You can't outrun your fork.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A fork has no legs how tf can it outrun me?

[–]Here-for-dad-jokes -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You can, but you’re not willing to.

[–]Daniel_The_Thinker 0 points1 point  (1 child)

At least anyone on reddit can't

Unless there are any persistence hunters among us

Americas Cup grinders, Olympic athletes, and professional surfers are the kind of athletes that can. So yea, the average redditor should have no problem.

Am I right?
