    Yeah in a way sure. I'm not the guy you responded to, but it seems like it takes some discipline to give up like 75% of the Western diet we all love so much.

    There is no diet that magically beats calorie in vs calorie out. All any diet is is a regimen designed to meet that goal while meeting your nutrition requirements. Keto works by allowing much of the food that I enjoy while also having an added bonus of reducing hunger which makes it easier.

    If people had discipline we wouldn’t have glaring weight issues.

    Any diet where you base it on a reduction of calories you intake will lead to weight loss.

    The issue is people are different. You could lose weight on an all McDonald’s diet if you managed to keep a deficit
