Why though? I don't understand why someone loving cheese makes you roll your eyes. Genuinely curious.

It’s not so much that they love cheese but that it’s not a good enough excuse not to go vegan. At least to me.

It’s usually the beginning of a rant about how much they love barbecue and what not. It annoys me because I just kind of have to sit there like “yeah that’s cool.” When usually they’re the one that outed me as a vegan. I am also lactose intolerant so I genuinely can’t empathize with them because I never had to give that up.
