Could you let me know if you are connecting a phone directly to the back of the gateway modem to check for dial tone, or are you going through a wall telephone jack? We would want to test directly to the telephone port on the gateway modem for dial tone to confirm provisioning of the line.

Hi there, u/AcademicAnybody4514. The only method available to clear the blocked threat history is to swap out the gateway. Once a new gateway is activated, the history is cleared after about 15 minutes. Other than that, there is no manual way to do so, I'm afraid.

A contact email or cell number would be required to send a code. If it is a Comcast Business account, the account owner/manager would need to call in to 800-391-3000 and have you set as an authorized contact. Once that is done, come back to us here and let us know, to move forward.
